Run through Denver’s best landmarks in the 10th Anniversary Colfax Marathon! Run through the home of the Denver Broncos – Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium – twice! Run along 7 miles of water including Confluence Park, Cherry Creek, the Platte and Sloan’s Lake, through Denver Fire Station #1, through downtown Denver and onto America’s longest main street, Colfax Avenue – all under the majestic views of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.
What's better than running 26.2 miles through the Mile High City? Sharing the miles with friends! Get a team of five to run Denver's only 26.2 mile Marathon Relay. We have 3 divisions in the Relay: Open (keep reading), Corporate Cup (employee teams), and Government Cup (employee teams). See the great sites of the Mile High City on each leg – from Mile High Stadium to the Confluence, Sloan’s Lake, downtown, or the neighborhoods around Colfax – which one will you run?
Denver’s wildest race takes runners on a one mile trek through Denver Zoo, along the tree-lined boulevards of Park Hill and through Aurora Fire Station #1! Enjoy the quintessential Colorado entertainment along the way – because the journey is just as important as the destination. The Colfax Half Marathon sold out in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Colorado’s 10-mile race runs the final miles of the marathon course through the stadium, Confluence and downtown! Start on the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design campus, finish in City Park. Spots are limited and this race often sells out.
